We have been the event organiser for the Madras Neuro Trust whose trustees Dr. G. Arjundas, Dr. C.U. Velmurugendran, Dr. S. Kalyanaraman & Dr. Reginald have been conducting this conference from the year 2003 onwards. In the last 6 years the attendance has grown from 320 delegates to over 450. The next conference is scheduled for 8-10 January 2010. The Regional Asian Stroke Congress was also conducted under this aegis.

There were over 1250 Delegates with about 300 spot registrations. We managed and co-ordinated all aspects including logistics and coordination of daily pick up and drop of delegates from various city hotels to the Chennai Trade Centre. A special entertainment for the banquet with music and songs by Vijay Yesudas, Chinmayi, Haricharan followed by a fireworks display was also organised by us.

We managed and coordinated all aspects of the conference including accommodation for 500 delegates which included about 200 students who required an economical option; also co-ordinated daily pick up and drop of delegates from various city hotels to Chennai Trade Centre; organised a gala dinner and entertainment on the beach front at VGP Golden Beach Resort.

41st IOC

for Indian Orthodontic Society

The Indian Orthodontic Society with over 1800 members is the first Speciality society in Dentistry in India. There were over 700 delegates who attended the 41st IOC. We coordinated the pre-conference workshop held at 3 different city hotels. We co-ordinated all aspects including daily transport of these delegates from their respective hotels to the conference venue and back.
