Reserve Bank of India, Chennai, in association with FEDAI, is organizing an event titled Foreign Exchange for You on 18th and 19th June, 2011 in Chennai. The venue is Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall, Harrington Road, Chetpet.


The objective of the event is to familiarize the public with extant rules and regulations under FEMA governing the current and capital account transactions, remittance and exchange facilities and to seek feedback on policies and procedures relating to forex transactions. The event will feature presentation on various aspects of forex transactions by senior officials of RBI, commercial banks, government agencies, etc. as well as an interactive session with the Top Management of the Bank.
