All attendee data collected through our platforms is treated as confidential and is used primarily to facilitate participation in the respective event.
4.2 Clients / Organisers
For clients and organisers, we may collect:
- Contact person details (name, designation, phone number, email)
- Organisation and billing details (name, address, GSTIN, PAN etc.)
- Contracted services, project scope, and related communication history
This information is used to plan, execute, and support events and association activities as per agreed terms.
5. Payment Information & Security
For online payments, we integrate with authorised and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.
- We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, or similar sensitive authentication data on our servers.
- When you make a payment, you are securely redirected to the payment gateway’s environment, where card or UPI details are entered and processed.
- We may receive and store limited transaction information such as transaction ID, amount, date, payment status, and mode of payment for reconciliation, reporting, and refund processing.
- All sensitive financial information is handled by the payment gateway in accordance with applicable security standards and regulations.
