Marundeshwara Enterprises is a Partnership Firm based in Chennai, India, providing end-to-end conference, exhibition, and association management services. We operate online registration and payment platforms on behalf of various Conference Organising Committees, Associations and Institutions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of our website, registration portals, payment pages, and related services are subject to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using this website or making any transactions through our online systems.

3. Use of the Website

You may view, download for caching, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use subject to the restrictions below.

3.1 Prohibited Uses

• Republishing, reproducing, or redistributing website content without prior written permission.
• Selling, renting, or sub-licensing any material from the website.
• Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

4. Event Registrations & Services

Marundeshwara Enterprises provides online registration, payment collection and data management services on behalf of independent Organising Committees / Associations.

• The details of individual conferences, including scientific programme, speakers, schedule, and venue, are determined by the respective Organising Committee.
• By registering for an event, you agree to abide by the rules, eligibility criteria, and policies published on that event’s official website or brochure.
• Marundeshwara Enterprises is not responsible for any changes in programme, faculty, schedule, or venue decided by the Organising Committee.

5. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• All registration fees and service charges for Indian events are generally quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless specified otherwise.
• For certain international registrations, fees may be displayed in other currencies; in such cases the applicable currency and amount will be clearly mentioned on the registration/payment page.
• Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws and clearly displayed on the payment summary, invoice, or receipt.
• Pricing, discounts, and deadlines are decided by the respective Organising Committee and may be revised at their discretion.

6. Online Payments & Payment Gateway

Online payments are processed through authorised and secure payment gateway partners.

• By proceeding with an online payment, you authorise the payment gateway and Marundeshwara Enterprises to process your transaction on behalf of the respective Organising Committee.
• We do not store your full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking passwords, or similar sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
• You are responsible for ensuring the correctness of all details (name, email, mobile number, amount, category, etc.) before confirming the payment.
• Any additional charges levied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider (such as currency conversion or international transaction fees) are solely your responsibility.

7. Confirmation of Registration

• Registrations are considered confirmed only after successful payment and generation of a confirmation page, email acknowledgement, or receipt.
• If you do not receive any confirmation within a reasonable time after payment, you are requested to contact the respective conference secretariat or Marundeshwara Enterprises with transaction details.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable to the specific event.

• Any refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the timelines and conditions set out in the event-specific policy.
• Refunds, where approved, are generally made only to the original mode of payment used at the time of registration.
• You agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks. In case of a dispute, you should first contact the conference secretariat / Marundeshwara Enterprises to resolve the issue.

9. Restricted Access & Login Credentials

Certain areas of our websites and admin panels may be restricted and accessible only with a username and password.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or password.
• We reserve the right to disable or revoke access at our discretion in case of misuse or security concerns.

10. User Content

“User Content” includes any material (such as text, abstracts, images, audio, video, or documents) that you submit to the site, registration forms, or portals.

Unless otherwise stated, Marundeshwara Enterprises owns the intellectual property rights for the website design, layout, text, graphics, and other material on this site.
